Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

FUTURE SOIL® offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95 Australia-wide for orders 2 kg or under.

Bulk & Heavy Orders

Orders over 10 kg are considered bulk items and will incur additional freight charges.

These costs must be quoted and approved by the client prior to dispatch.

Bulky or palletised items may also require extended delivery times depending on your location.

Rural & Remote Areas

Deliveries to rural or remote regions may attract additional shipping fees.

This includes but is not limited to Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Christmas Island, and regional or rural postcodes.

Delivery times may also be longer than standard metro estimates.

Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

  • NSW / QLD / VIC Metro: 1–4 days
  • NSW / QLD / VIC Regional: 2–8 days
  • SA / TAS: 2–7 days
  • WA / NT: 5–12 days

Orders are shipped daily from our Melbourne and Sydney warehouses using Direct Freight Express, TNT Express, or Australia Post.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Orders under $200 are shipped with Authority to Leave by default.

If ATL is selected at checkout, delivery is made at the customer’s own risk.

FUTURE SOIL® will provide a Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier upon request but accepts no responsibility for loss or damage after delivery.

Orders under $1000 may be marked “Leave in a safe place” by some couriers unless otherwise stated in the order notes at checkout.

International Orders

International orders must total a minimum of $200 AUD.

Australia’s 10% GST is removed for international shipments.

Import duties, tariffs, or local taxes may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping offers apply only to standard shipping with tracking.

They exclude bulky or oversize items, PO Boxes, international deliveries, and rural or remote areas.

Delivery Guarantee

FUTURE SOIL® guarantees that you will receive your purchase.

While occasional courier delays can occur, 99% of orders arrive in the fastest possible timeframe.
